Responsibilities
Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow
Collect payments efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
Assist doctors in treatment rooms by preparing equipment and supporting patient care
Manage stock and consumables by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies promptly
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of clinic areas to ensure a safe environment
Update and maintain medical records using Clinic Management Software to ensure data accuracy
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager or Clinic Manager
