Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to enquiries and leads generated through online marketing campaigns.
• Generate new leads through digital advertising and other online marketing channels.
• Plan, set up, and monitor online advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and marketing objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and ensure regular and engaging content is posted.
• Create and prepare posters, visuals, and other marketing materials for promotions, campaigns, holiday seasons, company announcements, and other marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate social media content and posting schedules.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide basic reports and insights.
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure marketing content and campaigns are aligned with company activities and promotions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to improve online engagement and lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or online advertising is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Basic knowledge of running online advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads, is an advantage.
• Creative and able to produce simple marketing visuals/posters using tools such as Canva/Adobe Photoshop/AI tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
