Job Description
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
- Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and basic user account management.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Log, track, and update IT incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support engineers when necessary.
- Assist with software installation, system updates, antivirus updates, and routine maintenance.
- Support new employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and IT equipment
- Maintain IT asset inventory records and assist with tracking computers, laptops, and other equipment.
