About the Role

We are looking for a Red Team Engineer to join our Cyber & Information Security team, focusing on offensive security and adversarial simulation. This is a hands-on technical role where the individual will learn to think like an attacker — planning and executing safe, controlled simulations of real-world attacks against our people, processes, and technology — while gaining practical experience in reconnaissance, exploitation, and security tooling.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with security architecture reviews and IT deviation reviews
• Participate in application security assessments and code review support
• Support cybersecurity hygiene compliance checks and follow-ups
• Assist with Identity Access Management (IAM) audit work
• Help draft security assessment reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or equivalent offensive security roles
• Deep understanding of web application vulnerabilities and exploitation (e.g., OWASP Top 10, OWASMTop 10 for LLM Applications)
• Strong proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python preferred), plus experience writing custom tools and exploits
• Advanced working knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, and endpoint technologies
• Hands-on mastery of the penetration testing methodology — reconnaissance, exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and post-exploitation
• Relevant offensive security certification (e.g., OSCP required; OSCE, OSEP, CRTO preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills — ability to translate technical findings into clear written reports and board-ready risk summaries
• Self-driven, keen eye for detail, and comfortable operating within strict rules of engagement
• Strong growth mindset — eager to learn, self-driven, and open to feedback
