*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Sales & Order Processing*

- Enter and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately in system

- Follow up with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and payment

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts

*2. Admin + Coordination*

- Maintain sales database, customer records, and product pricing list

- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on stock availability and delivery

- Handle sales-related documents: PO, DO, invoices, credit notes

*3. Reporting*

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management

- Track sales targets vs actual, overdue accounts, inventory level

*4. Customer Service*

- Be first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone/email/WhatsApp

- Resolve basic order/after-sales issues and escalate complex cases to sales

- Build good relationships with key accounts

*Requirements*

- *Experience: minimum 2 years in sales admin, order processing, or customer service preferred. Fresh grads with strong attitude welcome

- *Skills:*

1. Proficient in MS Excel + MS Word. Basic formulas = must

2. Familiar with working with ERP system

3. Strong attention to detail - numbers + docs must be accurate

4. Good communication in English + Bahasa + Mandarin is a plus if dealing with China counterpart

5. Able to multitask and work under deadline during month-end

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
