Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable HR operations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations as well as office administration of the group of companies.
  • Responsible in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.
  • Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform payroll calculations, including processing salary, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related activities.
  • Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.
  • Prepare weekly HR Report for management review.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and provident fund.
  • Accountable in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for full spectrum the Company’s payroll activities (Permanent/contract workers/internship) include preparation & payroll processing.
  • Maintaining group payroll administration & process in line with statutory requirements and Company policies.
  • Maintenance and upkeep the payroll database & employee records perform timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Manage end to end employees’ payroll processing by consolidating attendance reports, leave requests and other payroll information in adherence to prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll & procedures documentation and transactions.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns from employees.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for Management’s review.
  • Managing taxation and global mobility-related issues to ensure compliance with the legislation of relevant jurisdictions and internal guidelines; Identify gaps in payroll processes and lead relevant improvements initiatives in Payroll Policies/SOPs.
  • Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the payroll budget.
  • Perform any other HR or administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
