Job Summary

Fishlah Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of chicken, meat products, vegetables, dry goods, and other food ingredients. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of food suppliers and the ability to secure competitive pricing, consistent product quality, and reliable supply for our food operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of chicken, meat products, vegetables, dry goods, and other food ingredients.
• Source and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
• Leverage existing supplier networks to secure quality products at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with kitchen operations to ensure timely supply of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory, market prices, supplier performance, and product quality.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Ensure all purchases meet required food quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in food procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience sourcing chicken, meat products, vegetables, and dry goods is highly preferred.
• Strong network of food suppliers, wholesalers, or distributors is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
• Able to work onsite in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
