Job Decription :-Program, set-up, operating and editing program for accuracy manner to form metal parts and components using appropriate timely and allocate appropriate efficient equipment.Check the action plan and compare work keeping, calculate the dimension and coordinate points, get the first piece article or prototype and ensure the customer requirementsUtilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) to create detailed technical drawings, models, and schematics based on engineering specifications, sketches, or customer requirements.Develop 2D and 3D models of components, assemblies, or products, incorporating design features, dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications as per design standards such as ISO and APIWrite CNC programs using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or Siemens NX CAM to generate toolpaths and instructions for CNC machining operations.Program CNC machines (such as mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts or components according to CAD designs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.Study drawings and do section sketches or process drawing to define dimensions and determine point of reference and direction of cutting path of the machine following program specification.Sequential operation review sequence for part machine. Select or design the work process required to complete the operation.Program and edit Controls as well as create and set appropriate tool offset.Plan and sequence machining operations based on part geometry, material properties, and machine capabilities, considering factors such as tool selection, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.Develop workholding fixtures, tooling setups, and cutting tool layouts to support efficient and accurate machining processes.Develop, Design and Evaluate complex tools and machine components from concept phase until product launch phase.Perform virtual simulations and verification checks to validate CNC programs and ensure they meet design specifications and quality requirements.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement inspection protocols and verify part dimensions, surface finish, and tolerances during production runs.Create and maintain documentation including CNC programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, and machining parameters for each job or project.Generate reports summarizing machining activities, production metrics, tooling usage, and material consumption for analysis and performance tracking.Collaborate with engineering teams, machinists, and production supervisors to review design requirements, discuss manufacturing feasibility, and address technical challenges.Close co-operation with product management team for initiation of new ProjectsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project timelines, priorities, and expectations. Follow up on project activities with internal partners (e.g. manufacturing, production and external partnersStay updated on advancements in CAD/CAM software, machining technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.Proactively propose and implement enhancements to CNC programming techniques, toolpath strategies, and machining processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Conduct prototype testing on test benches and product testing in the customer’s environmentProvide training and support to CNC operators, machinists, and other team members on CAD/CAM software usage, CNC programming techniques, and best practices for machining operations.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the organization to enhance CNC programming capabilities and expertise.All other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,300.00 per month
