We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Kemaman Supply Base, Terengganu

Job Requirements

· Minimum 1–5 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry.

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or any related engineering discipline.

· Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

· Knowledge of equipment maintenance, handling, and warehouse operations.

· Possess a valid driving licence.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide technical, supports, preparation and movement of urgent equipment. Urgent maintenance and repairs for problematic equipment

· Lead preparation activities for equipment load out to meet target mob date. Prioritize maintenance requirement, identify and top up consumables.

· Participate in problem equipment investigation. Provide 24/7 technical support to operation and technical team. Equipment commissioning, testing and acceptance prior to mobilizing client acceptance/TPI

· Coordinate equipment service and maintenance, preventive tracking, schedule maintenance, adequate parts supplies and manpower for maintenance activity

· Tracking equipment history and maintenance records. Maintain update inventory of all Neural assets inclusive of equipment on location

· Responsible for budget and expenditures of maintenance activities for tools and equipment. Properly keep activity, MPI, Load Test, Hydro test and certification.

· Inventory for all equipment inside warehouse and store must be continuously updated

· Ensure all equipment sent from warehouse are checked to be in good working condition prior to load out

· Responsible for timely mobilization of equipment to meet operation schedule

· To produce the appropriate documentation for equipment clearance through custom

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
