Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global financial services firm to appoint an AI & Machine Learning Recruiter to join its Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing talent acquisition team and play a key role in attracting some of the most sought-after technology talent in the market.

This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders across technology, quantitative research, data science, and business leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Quantitative Research, and Software Engineering. The role will focus on identifying and engaging exceptional talent to support the firm's continued investment in technology and innovation.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent mapping and market intelligence through to candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent from technology firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, fintech organisations, and research institutions globally.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market trends, talent availability, competitor intelligence, and employer branding initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of specialist technology hiring and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly competitive talent market.

In addition, you will build and maintain robust talent pipelines across key areas including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Science, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Quantitative Research, and Software Engineering. You will leverage data and recruitment analytics to drive hiring outcomes and continuously enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical or specialist positions, ideally within financial services, technology, fintech, quantitative trading, or another fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to engage passive candidates within highly competitive talent pools.
