Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field （washing machine, refrigerator etc)
Valid Malaysian Driving Licence
Own transport (car/motorcycle) and willing to travel to customer locations
Basic computer skills and able to update job results using the company's system
GDL Licence required for Klang Valley-based technicians
Responsibilities
Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.
Update service reports and job results using the company's internal system.
Provide professional customer service and technical support.
Travel to customer locations within the assigned service area.
