Provide compassionate care and monitoring for hospitalized and post-operative patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment within the clinic, including kennels, examination rooms, and surgical areas, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.

Effectively communicate with pet owners in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner, providing updates on their pet's condition and educating them on basic care instructions.

Handle animals of various temperaments and sizes with care, patience, and proper technique to ensure the safety of both the animal and staff.

Prepare examination and surgical rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.

Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies within the veterinary field.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with veterinarians, technicians, and other support staff to provide optimal patient care.

Basic understanding of animal behavior and physiology is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.

Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures by preparing equipment, restraining animals, and providing support as directed.

Provide basic animal care, including feeding, watering, grooming, exercising, and monitoring animals for any changes in behavior or health status.

Educate pet owners on basic animal care, including nutrition, hygiene, and post-operative instructions, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

Manage and maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information.

Dispense medications and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by veterinarians, ensuring correct dosage and administration instructions are provided to owners.

Respond to client inquiries via phone or in person, scheduling appointments, and providing general information about hospital services.
