Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is an added advantage.
A good team player with a positive attitude.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Must have own transportation.
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily ticketing and operational activities.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors.
Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance when required.
Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Work closely with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.
