Lead or support the development of automation software applications covering machine controls, robotic control systems and machine vision inspection.

Support the integration, installation and commissioning of automation control systems, including qualification and validation activities.

Contribute to electrical and control system design for automated machines and complete production lines.

Manage assigned automation projects or technical sub-modules, coordinating technical deliverables, timelines and stakeholders.

Oversee machine setup, system testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.

Provide technical support at customer or project sites and assist with system recovery and issue resolution.

Travel internationally when required to support project implementation, commissioning and technical service activities.

Maintain clear and timely communication with management, vendors and project stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, technical issues and corrective actions.

Analyse and resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes, materials, software and automation systems.

Drive timely and effective resolution of technical issues and follow through on corrective actions.

Experience in developing and optimising high-performance machine vision algorithms will be an added advantage.
