We're looking for Accounts Executive with Flexi work week arrangement (2 or 4 days a week).
Please take note this is an onsite job position, office located at Sembawang.

2 Days Work Week

• Any 2 working days a week (Mon - Fri)
• 8:30am - 5:30pm

OR

4 Days Work Week

• Any 4 working days a week (Mon - Fri)
• 1pm - 5pm

Job Description

• Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation using Xero.
• Prepare and issue invoices, SOA, credit memos & other billing matters in a timely manner.
• Prepare GST submission.
• Filling and archiving of documents.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Assist on monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting & filing.
• Assist in incoming calls, answering queries and redirecting calls when necessary.
• Liaise with clients/suppliers on accounts matters as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting related
• Strong proficiency in Accounting system (Xero/MYOB/Freshbooks) and MS office
• Minimum 2 year working experience in related field
• Fluent in Mandarin due to client base (Able to read & speak fluently)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Honest and positive attitude
