This role is a 6-12 months contract role for our client, a multinational technology company.

Are you a master of digital media operations who loves turning big marketing strategy into flawless execution? We are looking for a Paid Media Operations & Delivery Manager to build and lead the operational engine behind our client's global advertising campaigns. In this role, you will sit at the center of paid media execution—connecting strategy, martech, agency partners, and analytics to drive high-velocity, error-free growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end operational rollout for multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, B2B) ensuring 100% precision in taxonomy, timelines, and compliance.
• Partner with technical teams to manage pixel implementation, UTM parameters, audience data flows, and attribution modeling across leading ad and analytics platforms.
• Build streamlined SOPs, intake systems, and agile sprint processes to move creative assets into market faster.
• Direct day-to-day agency operations, holding global vendors accountable to high performance, SLAs, and optimal rate card usage.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on budget reconciliation, SOW tracking, vendor billing, and ROI tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years Experience in digital media project management or campaign operations (SaaS or agency background preferred).
• Hands-on mastery of major ad managers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) plus enterprise marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Skilled at taking complex marketing briefs and translating them into clear execution roadmaps.
• With the confidence to lead cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Regional or global exposure is a plus
