HomeSphere Deco is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage renovation projects from start to handover.
Requirements
• Experience in site supervision and defect checking
• Good time management and ability to handle pressure
• Own transport and willingness to travel across Klang Valley
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Apply for renovation permits and coordinate site requirements
• Conduct defect checks and follow up on rectification
• Supervise workmanship and keep projects on schedule
• Liaise with different contractors and coordinate their work
• Arrange furniture deliveries and ensure they arrive on time
• Provide site updates and resolve issues promptly
