• Coordinate and schedule site work and overall project activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage documentation and prepare progress and technical reports as required.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments and provide practical solutions and quotation to clients based on findings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Studies, or a related field.
• Mi candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
