Space Executive Hiring! Full Time Legal Counsel, Commercial Contracts (7 to 10 PQE) - US Listed MNC in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a well-established consumer technology business in Singapore on a Legal Counsel.

This is a broad-based in-house role suited to a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys being close to the business and handling a varied portfolio of legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across day-to-day commercial and operational issues, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advising business teams on general corporate and commercial legal matters
• Supporting operational, regulatory and risk-related issues as they arise
• Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and providing practical, business-focused legal advice
• Managing matters independently while working as part of an established legal team

Ideal profile:

• Approximately 7–10 years’ PQE
• Strong in-house experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, technology, e-commerce or similarly complex business
• Solid commercial contracts experience and comfortable handling a broad generalist remit
• Pragmatic, commercially minded and able to work effectively with senior business stakeholders
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor within an established legal function
