About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and organised HR Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day HR operations of the company.

This is a practical HR role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and making sure HR matters are properly followed up.

You will work closely with employees and management across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, training and general HR administration.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and recruitment administration.
- Prepare employment-related documents and support new employee onboarding.
- Ensure new employees complete the required documentation and induction process.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance records and support follow-up on attendance issues.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, reports and other HR-related documents.
- Handle day-to-day employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support.

Employee Support

- Be a friendly first point of contact for employees on general HR matters.
- Assist HR in handling employee concerns, disciplinary documentation and other employee-related matters.
- Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Training & Employee Development

- Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
- Assist with employee orientation, internal training and other HR activities.
- Monitor required employee training and certification renewals.

Compliance Support

- Maintain records and monitor manpower movements.
- Coordinate required documentation with the relevant agents.
- Monitor Food Handler Training and typhoid vaccination requirements.
- Assist with other HR statutory and compliance-related documentation when required.

HR Projects & Improvement

- Assist in HR projects, employee activities and company initiatives.
- Support the HR team in improving HR processes and systems.
- Take on other HR administrative tasks and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently while also being a good team player.
