About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing communications team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing communications that resonate with our target audience. This role is instrumental in supporting our company's strategic marketing objectives and contributing to the overall success of our brand positioning.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop, including campaign planning, product listing, promotions, order fulfillment, and after-sales service. Establish and develop operational strategies to support the management of Social Commerce activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion across social commerce platforms.
• Create engaging, interactive, and informative content to build brand awareness and attract new audiences.
• Plan and manage follower engagement initiatives and content to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok account performance; provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize results.
• Conceptualize, script, and develop creative video content and storyboards for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of marketing and operational activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin speaker (preferred)."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also taking initiative independently
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies
