Position: Floor Staff
Location: Publika, Kuala Lumpur
Industry: F&B
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800/month
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: 8 hours/day (Split Shift)

Job Scope
* Welcome customers, take orders and provide friendly service
* Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly
* Explain menu items and assist with customer enquiries
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
* Support daily restaurant operations and work closely with the team

Requirements
* At least 1 year of relevant restaurant/service experience
* Basic knowledge of F&B service and hygiene
* Culinary or hospitality background is an advantage
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willing to learn and work in a restaurant environment
* Comfortable working in an environment serving beer and food containing alcohol

Benefits:

* Contractual bonus based on restaurant sales
