Job Description
Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
Strong presentation skills and able to articulate and present to multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
Frequently voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
Communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
Understanding of quality assurance and control procedures
Experience with audits, SOP compliance, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Root cause analysis and corrective action planning (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
Data analysis and quality reporting (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics operations or quality assurance, preferably in a
3PL or warehouse environment.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
Knowledge of lean principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, audits, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
