Sui Yuen Air Conditioning Engineering Hiring! Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR-SITE ENGINEER-SERVICE ENGINEER in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

1. Supervise and coordinate HVAC / ACMV installation, testing, commissioning and service works

2. Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials and work quality

3. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams

4. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications

5. Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and requirements

6. Troubleshoot and attend to HVAC system faults, breakdowns and maintenance issues

7. Prepare site reports, progress updates, service reports and other project documentation

8. Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety requirements and quality standards

9. Liaise with clients and site personnel on technical and service matters

10. Perform other duties related to project and service operations as assigned

Requirements

(a) Malaysian citizen

(b) Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, ACMV or related field is preferred

(c) Experience in HVAC / ACMV / M&E construction or service is an advantage

(d) Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply

(e) Able to read and understand technical and HVAC drawings

(f) Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

(g) Able to work independently and lead site workers / technicians when required

(h) Willing to travel and work outstation / at project sites

(i) Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred; GDL is an advantage

(j) Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
