This is a 4 months business assignment from Group overseas branch as part of knowledge transfer and to further enhance collaboration, networking opportunities and contribute bridge building within the organisation.

The assignment is to provide support and maintain PMO services; supporting business-critical initiatives while preserving consistency with global project management practices and governance frameworks.

This includes fostering group wide alignment and ensuring the effective operation of the Project Management Office (PMO). The role provides leadership, governance, coordination, and oversight of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring continuity of delivery, adherence to organizational standards, and effective stakeholder engagement across the portfolio.

Job Description

• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, reporting requirements, and delivery processes.
• Provide oversight of project portfolios, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Prepare and present project performance reports, dashboards, and executive updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project review meetings, governance forums, and steering committee discussions.
• Support project managers and business stakeholders in implementing best practices and resolving delivery challenges.
• Maintain alignment with global PMO standards, methodologies, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution of ongoing initiatives and programs.
• Ensure continuity of stakeholder communication, decision-making processes, and project controls during the Team Lead’s absence.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and strengthen collaboration between the Zurich and Singapore PMO organizations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, project governance, and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience in executive reporting, risk management, and project performance monitoring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
