This is not a traditional restaurant captain position. And you won't be performing on stage.

You'll be the person coordinating what happens between the performance, dining service and guest experience, making sure every part of the immersive show happens at the right moment.

What Makes This Different?

You'll work directly with: Performers ↔ Kitchen ↔ Service Crew ↔ Guests

Two live shows run each evening, and you'll be responsible for keeping everyone coordinated while maintaining the atmosphere guests came to experience.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in event operations, hospitality, theatre coordination or banquet execution
• Can confidently take charge of a busy floor
• Communicates instructions clearly & calmly
• Has strong situational awareness
• Can react quickly when timings change
• Stays composed in a fast-moving live environment
• Pays attention to small operational details
• Is comfortable coordinating a multicultural cast & crew
• Enjoys working around live entertainment and guest experiences

When the Show Starts, You'll:

• Control the overall flow from guest arrival to curtain call
• Coordinate performers, kitchen & service teams in real time
• Keep both daily shows running according to schedule
• Conduct pre-show briefings
• Confirm cues, spacing & team assignments
• Coordinate performer entrances and exits
• Match kitchen dish-out timing with show progression
• Manage guest movement around performance areas
• Monitor the atmosphere and overall guest experience
• Make immediate adjustments when timings change
• Resolve guest issues without disrupting the show

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 5–6 working days per week
• Daytime preparation + evening show operations
• 2 shows per night
• Additional allowance during peak seasons / special events
• EPF + SOCSO
• Annual Leave + Medical Leave
