Job Responsibilities

• Handle all post-contract quantity surveying duties, including interim payment applications, cost estimations, site measurements, and final account settlements
• Monitor project cash flow, maintain strict cost controls, and prepare financial budget reports and forecasts
• Prepare subcontract documents, manage subcontractor payments and claims, and settle subcontract final accounts
• Coordinate closely with site teams to capture variations and temporary works, proactively flagging cost-related issues to ensure effective cost control
• Assist in collecting and compiling site records and substantiating documentation for contractual claims

Job Requirements

• Corporate Member of HKIS in the Quantity Surveying Division, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects
• Experience in the administration and use of NEC ECC contracts is an advantage
• Accredited NEC Project Manager qualification is an advantage
• Proactive, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong initiative
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
