Responsibilities

• Manage overall application processing and fulfilment operations.
• Monitor daily workload, processing timelines, accuracy, backlog and KPIs.
• Ensure proper checking and verification of processed applications.
• Review reports and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs, company policies and data-protection requirements.
• Manage staff training, onboarding, backup and replacement arrangements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and highlight issues or improvement areas.
• Manage staff performance, contractual requirements.
• Ensure business continuity and smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in a supervisory, operations-lead or project-management role.
• Relevant experience in assistance scheme or programme processing, appeal assessment, bill/claim verification, progress monitoring, reporting and KPI management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and data-tracking systems.
