Key Responsibilities
Operations:
Supervise daily food prep and service flow.
Staff Leadership:
Train, schedule, and guide kitchen workers.
Quality & Safety:
Enforce local health and hygiene rules, such as SFA and HACCP guidelines in Singapore.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock, place orders, and reduce food waste.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with front-of-house staff for smooth service.
