Job Description
Responsibilities
JOB SCOPE:
in charge of all drawing development required by the project.
Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction.
Review, update, and coordinate amendments to CAD drawings, floor plans, and related facilities documentation based on site findings, including updates to equipment locations and asset layouts.
Perform site measurements and inspections as needed to ensure accuracy of drawings.
Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max software.
Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
