Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
Manage GST filing, corporate tax, and compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Process payroll, CPF submissions, and staff expense claims.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Support any ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
