Market and promote new property development projects, residential, and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.

Handle incoming sales leads, respond to WhatsApp enquiries, and conduct cold/warm calling to prospect new clients.

Organize and conduct property viewings, sales gallery presentations, and site visits for prospective clients.

Provide professional advisory services to clients on property selection, market trends, financing/loan eligibility, and legal procedures.

Negotiate sales prices, payment terms, and assist clients throughout the booking and signing of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA).

Follow up closely with bankers, lawyers, and buyers to ensure smooth housing loan approval and document completion.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Participate in continuous training programs, property roadshows, sales launches, and team meetings organized by the company.
