Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, Computing, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic computer and IT knowledge.

  • Willing to learn new systems and technical skills.

  • Responsible and able to follow instructions.

  • Good problem-solving attitude.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

  • Able to work 6 days per week.

  • Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.

  • Working Days: 6 days per week

  • Working Schedule: Rotating shifts

Responsibilities

  • Support daily IT operations and system-related activities.

  • Monitor systems and assist with basic troubleshooting when required.

  • Follow operational procedures and instructions provided by the team.

  • Learn and operate relevant systems and technical tools.

  • Assist the team in resolving day-to-day technical and operational issues.
