• Degree holders or equivalent in the field of Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or other related Business Management field OR possess professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.

• Preferable with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken English as well as possess excellent communication, report writing and computer skills.

• Proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for detail.

• Team player who is also able to work well independently under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Have demonstrated leadership skill and lead a team of junior.

• Possess own transport, where possible.

• Requisite Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words & Microsoft Power-point, able to work well in a team, responsible, well-mannered, excellent time management skills.

• Knowledge in Autocount, SQL & Sage/UBS Accounting will be an added advantage.

i. Accounting and Financial Reporting Function

• Able to maintain full set accounts independently.

• Prepare invoices, accounting schedules, and manage accounts receivable/payable.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.

• Able to perform cash flow statement, financial projections or forecast and consolidation of account.

• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.

• Able to prepare financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

• Liaise with clients regarding accounts and documents issues.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant laws.

• Support the client with to liaise with audits, tax and other financial projects as needed.

ii. Pre-IPO Facilitation and Support Function

• Support team leader in Pre-IPO readiness assessments and advisory engagements:-

Pre-IPO planning and restructuring.

Financial and operational improvements.

Pre-IPO restructuring and rationalisation exercises.

Financial due diligence.

• Provide insights through financial analysis, business modelling and risk assessment.

• Drafting and review findings including recommendations/solutions to address weaknesses identified

• Draft and review client deliverables, reports and presentation materials.

• Update the progress of engagement and participate in the report preparation of the findings.

• Able to perform cash flow statement, financial projections or forecast and consolidation of account.

• Ensure all engagement deliverables are completed within the engagement timelines.

• Work closely with working group to ensure timeliness and completion of work throughout the Pre-IPO process.
