Greatech Integration (M) Hiring! Full Time CNC Programmer in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

• Experience in CNC programming for milling and/or turning machines.

• Able to read technical drawings, GD&T, and use measuring tools.

• Proficient in G-code/M-code and CAM software.

• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.

• Able to troubleshoot production and program issues.

• Familiar with ISO, safety procedures, SOP, and 5S.

• Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

1. To generate the machine program for the machine to run.

2. All programs complied with the drawing needed.

3. Verify to confirm the program meets the products meeting specification.

4. Establish WI for processes plan / machine Set-up.

5. Guide machinist on machine setup, operation as per the program generated.

6. Ensure the program and WI of the program is stored and managed properly in the system.

7. Monitor and control material wastage.

8. To support the production floor on the urgency of the job.

9. To ensure the MES data is clearly provided to production planning to up-load to the MES system.

10. To lead / guide the programmer 1 & 2 level.

11. To optimize the program path / method to increase the production productivity.

12. Capable of estimating process time for planners to plan production.

13. To ensure production safety & 5S is carried out and maintained.

14. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

15. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
