Able to use AI tools to create ad images (Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar) — this is core to the role

Mandarin copywriting that connects with business owners and their customers (English a plus)

An eye for creative — knows which hooks and visuals stop the scroll

Some hands-on Meta Ads experience (even your own or small budgets); understands CPL, CPM, ROAS

Able or willing to learn Canva + CapCut for assembling images and short videos

Bonus (not required): TikTok Ads, Google PMAX, Looker Studio, or CAPI/Pixel/GA4 knowledge

Language Proficiency: Mandarin & English

Create ad images using AI tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar) for Meta ads

Write direct-response ad copy in Mandarin for ads, social posts, and landing pages

Assemble images and short videos using Canva and CapCut

Help launch and monitor live Meta Ads campaigns using our AI-assisted workflow and SOPs

Track daily performance and flag what's working vs. what's fatiguing

Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences

Keep accounts tidy — naming conventions, asset organization, basic compliance

Learn the full stack (Pixel/CAPI, reporting, optimization) with mentorship from the senior marketer and founder
