Mandarin communication skills are compulsory (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking IDs, clients, and suppliers).

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services (MEP), or equivalent.

Solid understanding of electrical wiring, schematic diagrams, and low-voltage (LV) site installations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD to read and amend site drawings on short notice.

Proven experience in site supervision, timeline management, and contractor coordination.

Background in LV (Low Voltage) installations, interior fit-outs, or electrical contracting.

Act as the primary technical liaison between internal engineers, main contractors, interior designers (IDs), and electricians.

Supervise site progress, inspect electrical wiring quality, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.

Plan and schedule installation stages to keep smart home deployment running smoothly.

Update AutoCAD drawings to reflect real-time site variations and as-built status.

Track project milestones and provide status updates to management.

Training on Moorgen's proprietary smart home systems and protocols will be provided
