Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Basic computer and daily operation reporting skills.

Oversee daily night operations and ensure the Livehouse runs smoothly.

Lead, manage and coordinate staff during night shifts.

Monitor staff performance, attendance and work arrangements.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

Manage on-site issues and emergencies and take appropriate action when needed.

Coordinate with performers, musicians and event teams to ensure smooth performances.

Monitor sales and daily business performance and work towards achieving targets.

Ensure the venue, tables, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and ready for operation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operating standards.

Prepare daily operation reports and communicate important updates to management.
