Customer Service Officer (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of The Care Laundry!
If you enjoy interacting with customers and keeping things organized, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact in our store, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience.

5 days’ work week | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
The Care Laundry @ NEX
23 Serangoon Central, #03-42 NEX, Singapore 556083
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 5 days’ work week
Daily Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store properly
- Assist customers with enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Accurately register and update orders & sales in the system
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of clothing to our laundry service
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly personality with great customer service mindset
- Responsible and proactive (you take initiative!)
- Basic administrative skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to learn — on-the-job training will be provided!
