Job Requirements:

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not compulsory with relevant experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years in F&B management experience.

• Experience managing service and kitchen teams.

• Knowledge of manpower planning, stock control and restaurant operations.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

SERVICE CREW

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and arrange seating where required.

• Take food and beverage accurately.

• Recommend suitable menu items to customers according to their needs and preferences.

• Serve food, beverages and refill when required.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.

• Pack takeaway orders and check items before handing over.

• Keep the dining area, condiment station and service counters clean.

• Restock tissues, sauces, cutlery and takeaway supplies.

• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the outlet supervisor.

CAPTAIN SERVICE CREW

Job Responsibilities:

• Allocate stations and duties before each shift.

• Monitor manpower and assist during peak hours.

• Ensure orders are served correctly and on time.

• Handle customer complaints and service recovery.

• Coordinate with the kitchen regarding delays or special requests.

• Monitor cashier and dining floor operations where required.

• Ensure service SOPs and cleanliness standards are followed and maintained.

• Report manpower or operational issues to the restaurant Supervisor / Manager.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Job Responsilibities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations.

• Prepare staff duty rosters.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline.

• Ensure sufficient manpower during each shift.

• Monitor food quality and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the kitchen on operational issues.

• Check stock levels for dining supplies and place replenishment requests.

• Train new employees and monitor performance.

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

• Report outlet issues to management.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall daily restaurant operations.
