What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years' experience in Brand Management, Events or Marketing
• Strong interest or experience in event management & onsite execution
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative thinker who isn't afraid to suggest something different
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to turn ideas into compelling brand stories
• Comfortable using data and insights to improve campaigns
• Interest in sustainability and purpose-driven marketing
• Property/real estate experience is an advantage, not a requirement

What You'll Do

• Help develop brand concepts, campaigns & creative ideas
• Bring large-scale events and activations from planning to onsite execution
• Coordinate vendors, setup and event experiences
• Create compelling brand stories & festive campaigns
• Explore trends, digital innovation and AI-powered ideas
• Use campaign insights to make future activations better
• Ensure every customer touchpoint delivers a consistent brand experience
