ob Responsibilities – Quality Control Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

• Inspect raw materials, finished products and packaging materials to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Perform quality checks during the production and packing processes.
• Ensure products are properly packed, labelled and stored according to company requirements.
• Monitor product quality, weight, appearance and packaging conditions.
• Record inspection results and maintain QC documents and reports.
• Identify and report any quality issues, defects or non-conformities to the supervisor.
• Ensure the production area follows food safety, hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist in maintaining GMP, HACCP, MeSTI and Halal documentation, where applicable.
• Support the production team in maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Quality Control or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
