Job Summary

Join Valmont Marketing Group as a B2B SkillsFuture Consultant to engage corporate clients, understand their training needs, and recommend SkillsFuture-supported solutions. Develop your sales, negotiation, and client management skills in a consultative, target-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients across various industries to expand business opportunities

• Conduct B2B outreach via calls, emails, networking, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and build relationships

• Analyze clients' business, manpower, and training needs to recommend appropriate corporate training programmes

• Advise companies on SkillsFuture-supported training options and guide them through related processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and L&D decision-makers to foster client loyalty

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultation to enrolment and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

• Deliver presentations and training consultations tailored to corporate client requirements

• Follow up with existing leads and clients to identify additional training opportunities and drive repeat business

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate course schedules, enrolment, and client-specific requirements efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities to track progress and outcomes

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through proactive business development and client engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, account management, corporate training, or consultative sales is advantageous

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills to effectively engage corporate clients

• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with business owners and corporate decision-makers

• Proactive attitude with resilience to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-ups

• Willingness to learn and develop B2B sales and consulting skills through structured training and coaching

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification

Working Environment This is a target-driven, client-facing B2B role requiring initiative, accountability, and active opportunity generation. Candidates will develop strong business, sales, and leadership skills while working directly with companies and decision-makers.

Career Progression Successful candidates can progress from B2B Consultant to Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and Manager based on performance, leadership, and capability.
