Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate in any related field

At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, stockroom, or retail stock management (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and basic system entry)

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle, lift, and organize boxes of clothing

High attention to detail, honest, responsible, and capable of multi-tasking

High standard of personal and workplace hygiene, neatness, and attention to cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of an active operational team

Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Perform daily stock receiving, unpacking, inspection, and systematic shelving of incoming garments and retail supplies

Accurately pick, pack, and label online customer orders from website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms for daily handover to couriers

Assist in preparing, packing, and dispatching stock replenishment orders to all our retail boutiques

Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits to maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels

Inspect received inventory for defects, wrong sizing, or damage, and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately

Keep the warehouse and stockroom clean, organized, safe, and easily accessible at all times

Operate inventory management software/WMS to update stock movements, locations, and status accurately

Ensure proper care, handling, and storage of clothing items to prevent dirt, dust, or material damage

Maintain clean, high-standard warehouse and toilet hygiene, including daily sweeping, mopping and dusting shelves
