JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Manage retail purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment of store requirements.
• Prepare cakes according to daily retail purchase orders.
• Place cake orders with suppliers based on production and retail demand.
• Receive cakes from suppliers and inspect product quality upon arrival at the warehouse.
• Cut, portion, pack, and label cakes according to product specifications.
• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of packed cakes to retail outlets.
• Prepare packaging materials and labels for daily operations.
• Record and maintain daily CCP (Critical Control Point) documentation in accordance with food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils after production activities.
• Report any abnormalities in products, packaging, or equipment that may affect food safety or product quality to the supervisor.
• Calculate and report daily production and order fulfillment records.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all products meet company specifications before dispatch.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cakes, packaging materials, and other production supplies.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a production , manufacturing or f&b field

2. Have understanding of production planning and control techniques

3. Strong leadership, drive for results, detail oriented and problem-solving skills are essential

4. Ability to work fast and collaboratively in a team environment

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Familiar and able to work that requires daily qc documentation

7. Have high standard judgement on product quality

8. SPM leavers or fresh graduates in food / halal industries are welcome

9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

10. Able to OT beyond normal working hours when needed

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
