Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, maintain and control QC documents, verification of QC inspection reports and quality records in accordance with company and ISO9001 & FSSC22000 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 & FSSC22000 and support internal, external audits and Supplier audits.
• Handle customer complaints, raw material rejections and internal non-conformities, including investigations and follow-ups with relevant departments and suppliers.
• Review Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) replied and monitored their effectiveness and closure.
• Prepare monthly QC reports, effectiveness summary reports and weekly customer complaint reports.
• Evaluation of new materials
• Update/ revise Manufacturing Spec/ Raw Material Spec every quarter.
• Check ETP & TFS coating weight. Complaint to supplier if test result out of specification.
• Equipment Calibration -Monitor equipment due for external calibration, obtain quotation for calibration & raise PR for approval and liaise with external& internal for equipment calibration schedule.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on outstanding quality issues.
• Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and records for internal and external audits to ensure ISO compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Experiences

• Advance Certificate/ Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant QC experience in the manufacturing industry are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, CAR, SCAR, CAPA and customer complaint handling.
• Knowledge of QC documentation, material testing and equipment calibration will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
