Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The appointed candidate will perform system and contract management functions to support enterprise systems and technical infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.
  • Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their operational lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and regular patch management.
  • Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and operational readiness.
Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen and eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Communications.
  • Must possess at least a Second-Class Upper Honours degree (candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply).
  • Familiarity or internship experience in Wireless Communication is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and equipment vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
