Internship duration minimum 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in handling customer inquiries and daily sales operations.
• Support preparation of quotations, sales reports, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Engineering and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and product information for customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the semiconductor industry.
• Support customer relationship management activities and after-sales service.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn about semiconductor products and technical sales processes.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
