About the Role
This role is based at our I Can Read and Oodles Math centre in Toa Payoh Central. We are looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Centre Executive to support the day-to-day running of our learning centre on a part-time basis. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and Director to keep the centre welcoming, structured and running smoothly for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet parents and students, and handle walk-in, phone and digital enquiries warmly and professionally
• Support enrolment by explaining our programmes, booking assessments and following up on leads
• Manage front desk and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Keep the student management system accurate and up to date
• Help maintain stationery, student materials and general centre upkeep
• Look out for the safety and wellbeing of students while on site
• Flag urgent or complex issues to the Centre Manager or Director promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, education, hospitality or a similar customer-focused role (open to those just starting out)
• Clear communication skills, both spoken and written
• Warm, proactive and enjoys working with families and children
• Comfortable with basic digital tools such as Microsoft Office
• Calm and friendly, even when things get busy

Working Hours

Pay
