Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver quality hires within timeline.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while staying updated on market trends and talent availability.
• Manage new joiner documentation and pre-onboarding requirements, offer letter stamping, recruitment documentation and onboarding/orientation to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs and SLAs, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance and hiring progress.
• Weekly update of recruitment reports and dashboards for management, highlighting progress, challenges and key insights.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, including career fairs & university, awards submissions and talent attraction activities.
• Support process improvements, cross-functional HR projects and team development to strengthen the Talent Acquisition function.

Requirement;

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with proven experience managing end-to-end hiring.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and recruitment SLA/KPI management.
• Experience in recruitment reporting, talent sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Good knowledge of onboarding, new joiner documentation and offer letter stamping.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employer branding, career fairs or HR projects is an added advantage.
